We loved the two balconies, one facing the sunrise and the other the sunset (perfect for morning coffee and evening chats! ). The gas fireplace kept us cozy, and the jacuzzi was a fantastic treat after long walks on the beach.

Everything was impeccable.

Unfortunately, our room had a problematic HVAC unit that was too loud, making it difficult to enjoy the sounds of the waves.

great location but noisy hvac unit

The property was in a great location, surrounded by charming shops yet still retained a village feel. Our room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of space. The kitchenette was well-equipped, featuring a full-sized fridge and made our two-night stay enjoyable. Additionally, I loved the easy parking access. It made getting around Cape Cod a breeze! !

However, the HVAC unit was quite noisy, sometimes interrupting the peace we sought.

The two balconies offer very nice views, and the ocean sounds are perfect for relaxation. The suite was spacious and cozy, making our stay nice.

We loved the proximity to the beach, making it easy for the kids to splash around. The indoor pool was a hit with them too! Plus, we enjoyed a nice family evening at the fire pit, creating s'mores and sharing laughs.

My kids wished for more activities around the property.

Clean room, friendly staff, and convenient amenities made our stay enjoyable, with easy parking and beach access just steps away to explore the beautiful scenery.

We had a fantastic stay with great ocean views, enjoyed the cozy indoor pool, and had s'mores by the firepit, although the kitchenette lacks a stove as shown in photos.

Views that Wow!

Had an awesome time with my family! Our room had this killer view of the Sound, and the heated pool was the best spot to relax. Jennifer and the front desk lady were super nice, really made us feel at home. Just wish the kitchenette had a bit more counter space for our snacks, but we made it work. Plus, loved the free morning coffee!
